Returns
- If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he/she has the rights set forth in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21/02/2014, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract (hereinafter the "Right of Withdrawal") for any reason, without any explanation and without penalty.
- Withdrawal may relate to all (Total Withdrawal) or only some (Partial Withdrawal) of the Goods purchased.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a notice of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the Customer or his delegate acquires physical possession of the items purchased by signing for receipt.
The Customer can send a letter or use the Customer care form. - The means and addresses to which the notice of withdrawal should be sent are:

Email info@onirogroup.it Fax: +39 031 711540 - Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are made to measure, customised or which by their structure, cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate rapidly or may be damaged.
- Following the due exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer will receive the details for returning the Items at the email address provided during registration: the tracking number, the label to be applied to the packages, and the address the Items must be returned to (or the contact details of a forwarding agent with whom to arrange for collection).
The address the goods should be returned to is:
ONIRO Group, Via Montesolaro 14/b, 22063 Cantù (CO) | Italy - In accordance with Art. 57 of the Consumer Code, the return of the Items to the Seller, must take place without undue delay, and in any case by no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Consumer provided notice of his decision to withdraw. The date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the Seller and the date of acceptance of the Package at the post office or the date on which the goods are picked up by a forwarding agent shall be considered the official date.
- If the Customer has exercised the right of Withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these conditions, in accordance with Article 56, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, the Seller will fully refund the sums paid by the Customer at the time of purchase, including shipping costs (Any customs duties and international taxes will not be refunded). The refund of the sums will take place by the same means of payment used by the Customer, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54. The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or the Customer has demonstrated that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs sooner. The consumer will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- The returned goods must be sent back in resalable condition, in their original packaging along with any accessories. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the items resulting from handling the items other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and to check functioning of the goods. In this case, the Seller reserves the right to ask the user for a refund for the decrease in value found. Therefore, even if a form of insurance on the return of goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not provided by law, we suggest that the customer obtain it.
- Refunds for purchases of goods no longer available
The Items on sale may be out of stock, even after the Purchase Order has been recorded. In case of unavailability of the item ordered, the buyer will be informed by email or by phone within twenty (20) days from placing the Order and the product no longer available will be taken off the purchase order.
If payment has already been made for an Item that is no longer available, ONIRO will refund the amount paid by the buyer, including shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the notice of unavailability of the Item. The amount of the refund will be communicated by email, and credited to the same means of payment used for the purchase or bank transfer. - Complaints on items in case of discrepancies
Should the Customer encounter problems with the items received, he/she has the right to contact the Seller's customer service, within three (3) days after Delivery, to complain about any discrepancies in the order such as incorrect items, damaged or defective items, missing parts.
Any defective goods returned will be replaced. The Seller may choose to refund the price of the goods as an alternative to replacement.
The replacement procedure starts upon receipt of the documentation submitted by the Customer, along with a photo showing the damage. The Customer is advised to keep the original packaging and delivery note.
The Seller will contact the Customer within 3 working days in order to shorten the waiting time and provide every detail for the return of the purchased items, with particular reference to the place of destination of the return and words to be written on the outside of the package.
For the return of the goods the Customer is responsible for properly wrapping the parts in their original packaging to avoid damage.
The production and subsequent shipment of the replacement goods will take place immediately after receipt of the return. Replacement of an item or a part of an item may require the same or longer delivery times and delivery methods as indicated on the purchase order.
The costs of returning the items as described herein shall be borne by the Seller. - Cancellation Policy
Have you changed your mind about an article? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation without any explanation. For orders cancelled before shipping, you will not be charged any delivery fees. Please note that customised and made to order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
